When you place an enquiry or request we need to know your full name, address, with full postcode, telephone number and a valid e-mail address. This allows us to process and fulfil your request. Telephone number(s) are used so that we can contact you easily if required. We will from time to time send you an e-mail on new services or products offered. How do we use your information? We use the information collected from you to process enquiries/sales and to provide a more personalised shopping experience. The customers who create an account with us will require a password, all our passwords are encrypted before they are stored in the database for each user. We do not store any of our customer’s financial details at all.
