By placing an order and confirming payment on the website of DC Paint Solutions you are entering a legally binding contract in accordance with the following terms and conditions of sale.
It is a criminal offence to knowingly sell aerosol paint to anyone under the age of 16. By purchasing from this web site using a credit or debit card you confirm that you are over the age of 18, or are not acting for someone who is under the age of 18.
Specifications on this website of the goods to be sold may be altered as a result of our continuous efforts to improve product quality and performance.
DC Paint Solutions offer a colour match service. There is no charge, however the minimum order value is 10 units. For our colour matching service please send a physical sample to: DC Paint Solutions, Ridge Farm, Main Road, Drayton Parslow, Milton Keynes, MK17 0LJ.
Please note we do not match colours by digital media (screenshots, emails or other website pages) as there are too many variables to take into consideration.
All colours are generally available. If for any reason an item is subsequently found to be unavailable when collating your order, then we will will contact you to decide immediate action.
The price of the goods shall be the price listed on our website on the date of your order. All prices displayed on the website are quoted in UK Pounds Sterling and must be paid in full.
We will treat each order for goods, which is confirmed when you proceed from the relevant Payment screen, as an offer by you to purchase the goods and services subject to these terms and conditions. We shall supply you, subject to availability, with the quantity and specification of goods set out in your order. We shall confirm each order by email and such confirmation shall be our acceptance of the contract between us.

Payment may be made by any of the methods indicated on our website. Goods will not be shipped unless payment is received in full .
Delivery shall be made to the address specified by you at the time of ordering. Goods are usually despatched within 48 hours but delivery times quoted are approximate only and we cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience arising from failure to provide the advertised service because of factors which could reasonably be considered to be outside our control. We strongly advise that if the goods are required for a specific date they are ordered in advance to avoid any disappointment. Risk of damage or loss of the goods shall pass to you at the time of delivery to the specified delivery address. We aim to ship your goods for the next working week day. The cut off for the next working day dispatch is 1pm, any goods purchased after this time will be sent on the following working day. All goods will need to be signed for, or the goods will not be released.
A standard next working day delivery charge of £10.00+vat will be charged for any orders under £25.00+vat. For orders over £25.00+vat you will receive free shipping within the UK for the next working day. For Pre 9am/10am delivery, a further charge of £25.00+vat will be applied and the client would have to be available 2 hours before the delivery time to sign for the goods. For Saturday deliveries a further charge of £50.00+vat would be applied by the courier. For shipping to post codes starting with the following (ZE, KW, IV, AB, PH, PA IM, BT, TR, GY, GE) please contact us before placing your order as further charges may apply. As we use a private Dangerous Goods courier, we are confined to their prices. For certain areas of the UK, FED EX will charge increased fees. There are only limited couriers we can use which have a dangerous goods carrying licence which is reflected in the price. For all of the cases outside of normal shipping costs please contact the office for a manual order to be set up 01908 972 393.
At present we do not ship Internationally, but we may review this in 2019.
We strongly advise double checking any postal addresses before and during your order. Any orders which do not reach their destination due to incorrect postal details or where a signature is not made available to release the goods, will incur a postage charge of £10.00+VAT for re-distribution.
DC Paint Solutions wants you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order DC Paint Solutions will refund the value of the goods supplied provided that you first notify us of your intention to cancel using the procedure outlined here and providing that the goods (full spray cans only, part used cans will not be refunded), together with the original invoice, are returned to DC Paint Solutions in perfect condition to the address specified on the invoice within seven working days after the day of delivery. A certificate of posting should be obtained as we cannot be held responsible for the non-delivery of goods to our address without it. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund any custom mixed colours. All returns and exchanges must be notified within 30 days of purchase, this includes any faulty or damaged products. We do not offer refunds on unwanted or over purchased products. We do not offer any exchanges or refunds outside of the 30 days of purchase.

Building/Construction Site Delivery
Please note when sending your goods to a construction/building site, all details of the address must be present on your order. If the delivery does not arrive due to lack of address details, a postage charge of £10.00 +Vat will be applied for re-delivery. If your goods have been signed for on site and we have a POD/Signature, we will not refund/replace any lost deliveries. Sending goods to site has common issue with dispatch couriers for a number of reasons, DC Paints would strongly suggest a business/urban or alternate address to alleviate any delays or issues with receiving your goods.
Damaged or Defective Goods
If, in the unlikely event, your goods arrive in a damaged condition or are defective, you must inform us as soon as is practically possible stating the invoice number and the nature of the defect or shortage. Failure to do so will deem that you have accepted the goods. If for any reason a replacement is not available for a damaged or defective item then DC Paint Solutions will refund the value of the returned goods to the original payment method.
DC Paint Solutions are happy to offer the Pantone colour scheme however due to the lack of quality of the pantone books, we can only match within 80% of the books we have in stock. Pantone+ series books are historically fine paper with ink dried onto the pages. This leads to degradation of the colour over time from friction and colour bleaching. DC Paint Solutions own three of these books and the colour differences are noticeable in each book. This would also leads us to the conclusion the books you, our clients possess may also be shades in or out. For this reason we match all of our Pantone colours from our Pantone books within 80% of the original colour and DC Paint Solutions take no responsibility for the colour matches to any other samples or pantone schemes. In the unlikelihood a DC Paint Solutions pantone colour is drastically different from the original colour we require the goods to be sent back where we can test the colour and where necessary replace the goods. If your project is reliant on a particular Pantone colour(s) please send a sample of the colour by post and we will custom match this colour for you.
