For scheduled regular and ad hoc collections:
- For both regular & ad hoc collections including those that have received a booking confirmation, please note that these collections are cancelled until further notice and will need to be re-booked, once we reinstate our domestic service.
For new domestic shipments entering the network:
- As of today (October 6) and until further notice, we will not be accepting any new FedEx domestic shipments.
For new international shipments entering the network:
- International shipments will continue to be accepted.
For domestic shipments that are already in the network:
- Shipments already in the network will be delivered but will experience extended transit times. We are working hard to recover items as quickly as possible by implementing a first in, first out strategy.
At DC Paint Solutions we are currently exploring other avenues to ensure our goods are sent out and delivered on time. We apologize and appreciate all the patience you can afford at present while we try and resolve this issue.
